1. Services Provided

LRH Roofing Ltd provides professional slate roofing, complete re-roofing, roof repairs, new build roof construction, lead work, and 24/7 emergency response services. All specific projects are detailed in written estimates provided to clients prior to execution.

2. Quotations and Estimations

Quotations provided by LRH Roofing are valid for 30 days from issuance. If unforeseen issues are found upon stripping the roof (such as rotten roof beams or deck timbers that were invisible during visual inspection), Lewis will show you the damage on-site and we will agree on additional timber remediation costs in writing before proceeding.

3. Site Access & Utilities

Clients agree to provide safe access to the roof location, driveways for scaffolding assembly and material delivery, and access to electricity/water utilities where necessary to perform works.

4. Liability & Insurance

LRH Roofing Ltd is fully registered and insured in Ireland for all height work, roofing, and structural repairs. We adhere to Irish HSA health and safety guidelines on all site setups.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. New roof installations come with our craftsmanship warranty alongside product warranties provided directly by slate and tile manufacturers (often 30 to 50+ years).
